1. Information about us

1.1 We are ABOSS B.V. a limited liability ABOSS registered and incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands under company number 59417404, with our registered office and main trading address at Pieter Braaijweg 207, 1114 AJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

1.2 We operate a website at http://www.a-boss.net

1.3 We have developed ABOSS, a piece of software for artists and agents to help optimize their backoffice, such as calendar management, pre- production of live shows and financial administration.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Licensed Products of ABOSS. By using our Website or the Licensed Products you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions thereto. If you do not agree to them you should not use the Website or the Licensed Products.

1.5 We reserve the right, from time to time, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this Website and your use and/or purchase of Licensed Products and Services will be the version that is current and displayed on the Website as at each date you access the Website or use and/or purchase of Licensed Products and Services (as applicable). For Licensed Products and Services purchased prior to the publication of an amended version of these Terms and Conditions, ABOSS will send an e-mail notification to the Customer informing Customer of the amendment and applicability of the amended Terms and Conditions after 30 days of such notification. Your use of this Website or your use and/or purchase of ABOSS’ Licensed Products and Services after changes are made, means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

2. Interpretation

The definitions and rules of interpretation in this clause apply to the Subscription Form and these Terms and Conditions.

o Agreement: the Subscription Form and these Terms and Conditions which together constitute the Agreement between the Customer and ABOSS.

o Authorised Users: the Customer, or as the case may be, those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Licensed Products and Services and the Documentation further to these Terms and Conditions.
